What a great summer it has been at the Cowrie, with the last 3 months being the busiest on record. I believe nature is a genius. That’s why I keep my food – fresh and natural.
As part of my commitment to Organic Produce I am in the process of installing a beautiful conversion organic garden in Cowries backyard with many unique edible
flowers, berries, vegetables and herbs. In the next edition of the “The Cowrie” I will outline what produce is in season and how the garden is progressing.

The Cowrie is 36 years old in April. To celebrate, the Cowrie is giving all guests* a complimentary glass of French Sparkling.Mention it’s Your Birthday (it doesn’t really matter which month its in or how old you are) and receive a glass of Veuve Ambal Blanc de Blancs, selected as the perfect aperitif for its amazing structure and flavour by our sommelier Russell Kerrison.
*Minimum order a main course, Monday - Friday in April only
