What a great summer it has been at the Cowrie, with the last 3 months being the busiest on record. I believe nature is a genius. That’s why I keep my food – fresh and natural.

As part of my commitment to Organic Produce I am in the process of installing a beautiful conversion organic garden in Cowries backyard with many unique edible
flowers, berries, vegetables and herbs. In the next edition of the “The Cowrie” I will outline what produce is in season and how the garden is progressing.
