Thank you to all who came to watch Paul during his cooking demonstration at the first Gosford Growers Markets with Julie Goodwin on the weekend. Paul and Julie demonstrated bearnaise sauce with seared beef fillet followed by apple and rhubarb crumble with anglaise which were both very tasty and enjoyed by everyone watching. The ingredients were utilised from stall holders at the markets and most were organic. Get down to the markets on the 2nd Saturday of every month for some great local produce and support our local producers.
